Dr. Michele Francesco Nicoletti, DVM
Clinic Owner/Veterinarian
Dr. Nicoletti was born in Rome, Italy, and has called Canton home since 1969. He is a 1993 graduate of Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine and completed his clinical training at Oklahoma State University.
Following his family’s long tradition in medicine, Dr. Nicoletti chose a career as a mixed-animal veterinarian, dedicating his life to caring for the furry members of the family. In 1995, he opened the doors of St. Kitts Veterinary Clinic, located next door to the medical practices of his father, Dr. Francesco Nicoletti, MD, and his sister, Dr. Rosanna Nicoletti, MD.
For more than 30 years, Dr. Nicoletti has served the community as a veterinarian. While he began his career as a mixed-animal practitioner, he now focuses exclusively on small-animal medicine and surgery. His wife manages the practice, continuing the strong tradition of a family-run business centered on compassionate care and personal service.
In his spare time, Dr. Nicoletti enjoys scuba diving, camping, and spending summers boating on Atwood Lake with family and friends.
Anna
Office Manager
Anna has been the Office Manager at St. Kitts Veterinary Clinic for more than eight years, bringing extensive business and administrative experience to the practice. Prior to joining St. Kitts, she worked alongside Dr. Nicoletti’s father and sister at their medical practice, where she developed strong ties within the community and gained valuable experience in healthcare administration.
As Office Manager, Anna plays a key role in keeping the practice running smoothly. She oversees the day-to-day operations of the clinic and works closely with clients and staff to help create a welcoming and positive experience for everyone who walks through the door. One of her favorite parts of the job is building relationships with clients and getting to know their pets over the years.
Outside of the clinic, Anna enjoys spending time with her “third child,” Gilligan, the office dog, as well as scuba diving and exploring new places whenever she can.

Gilligan
Front Desk Supervisor
Meet Gilligan, the furry friend you will sometimes see behind the front desk. He is Dr Nicoletti and Anna’s dog and takes his role as “front desk supervisor” very seriously. Outside of his office duties Gilligan enjoys chasing anything in the yard that moves and going to Atwood Lake in the summer.
